has a degree in Communications from Cleveland State University and has been working in the graphics industry for over 24 years both as a freelancer and for Madison Avenue West, an award-winning full service advertising agency in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. As a pioneer and leader in the once emerging–now arrived field of Desktop Publishing and Computer Graphics she is also an educator, having taught serveral years at Florida Keys Community College, presented numerous seminars and works with private students.
Outside of Key West, Kathey has worked on projects for Moen, Inc., Dixon-Ticonderoga, Sherwin-Williams, General Motors, Parker Hannifin Corporation, and Hammermill Papers to name a few. In Key West Kathey has worked with Solares Hill Design Group, The Key West Citizen, Gemini Printing and her own company, Fatica Design. Her clients have included The Red Barn Theatre, Island Opera Theatre, Keys Kids, The Keys Chorale, Kelly Caribbean Bar and Grill, The Key West Innkeepers Assocation, Jean Carper, Peppers of Key West, several guest houses, festivals, and individuals along the way.
has worked in the design field in Key West since 1994. He graduated from the Portland State University Honors Program in 1987 with a degree in History and a minor in Graphic Design, as well as 4 years with the university newspaper, which included one year each as Managing Editor and Editor-in-Chief at the paper. His job experience includes time as an offset press operator and camera tech at a major west coast printing firm, First Far West Printing. He was Design Department Head at Imagination Technology, Inc. in Portland, Oregon from 1990 until 1992. He then joined Network Graphics as head designer from 1992 until 1994. Upon arriving in Key West, he worked as art director for AquaCorps Magazine until 1996, when he started his own design firm. He co-founded GayWest magazine and was editor and art director for the magazine for 2 years. He opened Designkeywest in January 2001 to expand capabilities and better serve the South Florida market. In October 2003, Designkeywest purchased Celebrate! Newspaper and merged offices. In January 2006, Greg joined forces with Kathey Fatica to open Needham Fatica Advertising Agency.
Johnny is working with Needham Fatica as Art Director for individual accounts. Johnny comes to Key West from Hong Kong, where he was chief Art Director for Time Magazine’s Asian bureau.
John is working with Needham Fatica as a graphic designer and web specialist. John is a graduate of the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale.
